# Ideas your agents offer

> An agent with nothing to do looks over your connected apps and may offer one job. Here's how to answer it, or turn it off.

When an agent has had nothing to do for a few hours, it looks over your connected apps on its own - Gmail and the rest. Then it either stays quiet or puts one offer in its chat: what it found and what it would do.

While it looks, it only reads. Nothing is sent or changed until you say yes.

## Answer an offer

Each offer has three buttons:

- **Do it** - the agent starts the job in its chat.
- A schedule - the job becomes a [routine](/docs/routines) that repeats.
- **Not now** - nothing happens. A line under the card asks why; type a reason and the agent remembers it for its next ideas. **Skip** or Esc keeps nothing.

Offers also reach your phone with the same buttons, if you've [connected Telegram, Slack or Discord](/docs/phone), even when **Every reply** is off.

## How often

- At most two offers a day for the whole team, and only between 9:00 and 21:00.
- An offer you turn down or leave unanswered makes that agent wait longer before the next one.
- Reading a connected app costs credits, as it always does. See [Credits](/docs/credits).

## Turn it off

1. Open the agent's profile.
2. Turn off **LOOK AROUND**.

It's on for every agent until you turn it off, and each agent has its own switch.
