# Sign-ins and captchas

> Sign in to a site once for the whole team, and step in when an agent can't clear a captcha.

## Sign-ins that stay

All your agents share one set of sign-ins. Sign in to your seller center once, in any agent's browser, and every agent and worker is signed in there too. To type a password yourself, [take the keyboard back](/docs/browser#take-the-keyboard-back) first.

Sign-ins are kept when you quit and reopen Yomates. Signing in with a Google account works in the agent's browser as well.

Sign-ins stay on your computer. For passwords an agent fills in by itself, see [How agents use passwords](/docs/passwords).

::: details A site asks you to sign in again

- If Yomates closed unexpectedly, a site may ask you to sign in once more.
- On Linux, sign-ins are kept only if the system has a keyring (its password store). Without one, sites ask you to sign in again after each restart.

## Captchas

An agent clears the common captchas itself: the "I'm not a robot" checkbox, distorted letters and picture grids. If two tries fail, it can hand the next try to a stronger model. If that fails too, it asks you. Then:

1. Open the live browser.
2. Click **TAKE OVER**.
3. Solve the captcha.
4. Click **HAND BACK**.
