Email us
Write to [email protected] and say which version of Yomates you're on. To find it:
- Click your name at the bottom of the agent list, then Settings.
- Open Feedback.
- Read the number at the bottom of the card, after Yomates.
EMAIL US on that card starts an email with the version already in the subject.
Reports from your agents
When an agent finds that a site it works on has changed or stopped working, it can report that to us on its own. You see every report it sends, in full, in that agent's chat. See Usage data and reports.
