Chrome extensions

A Chrome extension is a small add-on that gives the browser a new feature. Agents can add Chrome extensions to their browser, and you can use them too.

Add an extension

1. Send an agent a Chrome Web Store link, or an extension file (a .zip, a .crx or a folder).
2. Ask it to add the extension.
3. Say yes when the agent asks. With Ask first on, it asks you before adding an extension. See Ask first or skip.

Once added, the extension is in every agent's browser.

Use an extension

1. Open the live browser.
2. Click Extensions (the puzzle piece) in the bar.
3. Pick the extension. Its popup opens.

While the browser is open, agents can open extension popups too.

Remove an extension

Ask an agent to remove it.
